  1. Can MegRelief be ingested? No, It’s for external use only.
  2. Does it cure arthritis? No. MegRelief does not cure, diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness or disease.
  3. What is your return policy? We truly want you to be satisfied with your order. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with MegRelief, return it for a full refund. For order and refund related problems, please click here to contact us on a dedicated page.
  4. Is the oil 100% natural? Yes! It is comprised of 100% therapeutic-grade essential oils. Our suppliers are all certified organic, Kosher, and vegan facilities.
  5. Do you keep an MSDS on file for your ingredients? Yes. We require this documentation from all of the suppliers we work with on all of the products we use of theirs.
  6. Do you have a Certificate of Analysis on your oils? Yes. This is another piece of documentation we obtain from the suppliers we work with.
  7. Were your products ever tested on animals? First, Danette would kill Arthur if he did or worked with a company that did. We make sure we confirm with the suppliers we work with that the raw materials were never tested on animals. We never have and never will test our products on animals.
  8. What are my shipping options? We use USPS. They currently offer the lowest shipping rates while still allowing us to track your product from our facility to your doorstep.
  9. How do I track my order? A tracking number will be sent to you once it has been shipped.
  10. From where does my order ship? Germantown, Maryland.
  11. Do you ship outside of the United States? Of course. We want to serve everyone that needs what we have.
  12. How does your 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee work? We are so confident in the quality of our products that you can return them within 7 days after receiving them if you are not satisfied for any reason. All we ask is that the product is returned in its original packaging to receive full credit on the cost of goods excluding shipping charges. If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will gladly pay for the re-shipment of the product.

  17. What is an essential oil? Essential Oils (Aromatherapy Oils) are the highly concentrated, volatile, aromatic essences of plants. The purest essential oils come from carefully cultivated and wild grown plants from climatic and geographic regions throughout the world.
  18. What is a carrier oil? Carrier oils are also referred to as vegetable oils and base oils. They have extensive applications in Aromatherapy because they are used to dilute Essential Oils or absolutes for application. They are also used in the manufacturing of cold-process soaps and for massage by Licensed Massage Therapists. Each Carrier Oil has different properties and the choice of carrier oil can depend on the therapeutic benefit being sought.
  19. Are your oils organic? All of our oils are 100% pure and natural, of therapeutic-grade, and free from any chemicals or pesticides. Although all of our products are of premium quality, not all of the oils are certified organics. The products that are organic have authentic certificates of organic production under strict supervision by internationally recognized certifying bodies.
  20. Can your oils be ingested? We DO NOT RECOMMEND THE INGESTION OF ESSENTIAL OILS. They are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally.
  21. Can I give this to my child? Please consult your doctor and their advice before using this on children.
  22. I am pregnant. Can I use this? Please consult your doctor and their advice using MegRelief products.
  23. Why should certain essential oils be avoided during pregnancy? Certain essentials oils are considered too powerful for use during pregnancy as they may stimulate the production of certain hormones and can encourage bleeding. Please consult your physician.
  24. Will this cause damage to my skin? Many essential oils can cause irritation to the skin. Test a small sample on your skin first before using. If a rash occurs, stop immediately. If rash or irritation persists, consult your doctor immediately.
  25. How are you able to charge such reasonable prices for your therapeutic grade oils? We have amazing suppliers and we build our own manufacturing facility. This allows us to focus on quality for you instead of focusing on how to get as much profit as possible.
