Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grenada Nut Co., its employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from and against any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that Grenada Nut Co. may sustain or incur as a result of any claim against it based upon negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, contract, or any other theory of law brought by Buyer, its officers, agents, employees, successors or assigns, by Buyer’s customers, by end users, by auxiliary personnel (such as freight handlers, etc.) or by other third parties, arising out of, directly or indirectly, the use of Grenada Nut Co. products, or by reason of Buyer’s failure to perform its obligations contained herein.

At buyer’s request, Grenada Nut Co. may, at its own discretion, supply technical assistance and information with respect to products. Grenada Nut Co. makes no warranties of any kind or nature – expressed or implied – including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, with respect to technical assistance or information provided by Grenada Nut Co. or its personnel.

Any suggestions by Grenada Nut Co. regarding use, selection, application, or suitability of the products shall not be construed as an express warranty, unless specifically designated as such in writing and signed by an officer or other authorized representative of Grenada Nut Co.

Further, Grenada Nut Co. is not responsible for the comments made in the customer reviews, nor when products are used in ways not suitable to their purpose (for example, essential oils for pain). Please note, the International Federation of Aromatherapists do not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally, unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor, who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. In addition, Essential Oils must be properly diluted before use, in order to avoid any damages to property or adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm).
